Site created for a school class...
I created this site for a university course I am doing in open and distance learning using the Internet. I'm no graphic designer, although I'd like to learn more about it. All of the photographs are mine, taken with a Kodak DC40 digital camera. Web pages created using Dreamweaver. I'm learning more each day, so keep your eye out for improvements. http://www.connect.usq.edu.au/students/d7751195

This is a redesign of the front page of the web site I created a year ago for my a cappella group, Schr-dinger's Cat. I spent a lot of time minimizing the bandwidth requirements of this page, and making sure it would fit on a 640x480 display. While I know a lot about HTML and the web, I am an amateur when it comes to design principles. Please let me know how I can do to improve the look of this page. (Links off of the page will probably not work yet, as this page is just a prototype at this point.) If you'd like to see the original site, it is availible online at http://www.utexas.edu/students/scat/ . Thanks in advance for your suggestions! It contains graphics (especially teddy bears), links, poetry, lesson plans, and holiday party ideas. Although it is school-related, non-teachers can enjoy it too, and there are many categories of graphics. This is a site that I have put together for the African Studies Center at Michigan State University. I would like some feedback on what I have created. The Purpose of the center and the website are: The African Studies Center coordinates teaching, research, and public service programs related to Africa throughout the university. A wide variety of courses on Africa are taught in various disciplines in the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and professional fields. The Center offers instruction in 29 different African languages and offers opportunities for faculty and students to teach, study, and do research in Africa. This is a site that I have put together for the National Consortium for Study in Africa. I would really like some feedback on what I have done so far. The NCSA project grew from a concern for high quality overseas study opportunities in Africa for U.S. college students, and faculty. This website consists of a collection of study abroad programs in Africa, listed academic term or african country. Go to: From: Terry McCaskey

http://www.library.uthscsa.edu/ - This is a revised versio of a an original site created two years ago. Our site is a content rich site whick tended to dictated how our site looked and was organized. My emphasis as the graphic designer was to keep the content accesable and readable but still make the site visually inviting. The web site was not developed by professional programmers or designers. Any comments or reviews are appreciated but remember this a content first site. (No title given)
This is a percussionist links page. It is a resourse for people to go to so they can find the best percussion and marching percussino sites on the net. This site loks really nice with IE4.0 For some reason Netscape does not support all the W3C standards for CSS and DHTML. I am just looking for feedback on how to make the design better. http://www.geocities.com/SunsetStrip/Club/6324/index2.htm
